We currently deliver worldwide but are not limited to above listed countries. We offer global delivery to a list of approved countries but for deliveries to any countries not presented as options at the checkout, please contact our customer services team on who will endeavor to complete your order. Please note, we do not deliver to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes.

*Delivery time is for reference only and commences from the date of shipping. It is subject to the acceptance and approval of your order and may take longer than expected due to customs clearance procedures in certain countries. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays. To avoid delays please include your completed shipping address. 

Shipping fee depends on destination country. Courier will not make a delivery on Sunday and public holidays.

The total amount payable upon completion of order already includes all duties and taxes owed to local authorities. You would not need to pay any further fees when the package is delivered.


When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

If you have a registered account with us, you may check the status of your order online. Visit ‘My Account’, sign in to your account and click the 'Your Orders' tab.

Your order status may take up to one to two business days to update after your order has been placed.


All purchases are subject to our returns policy outlined as below.


We endeavour to process all orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, so it is sometimes not possible for us to stop an order being delivered that has already been dispatched. Should this happen, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are returned within the guidelines below. Should you wish to cancel an order or have any further enquiries, please email Customer Services at We reserve the right to not fulfil and to cancel orders for any reason or no reason in our sole discretion.

Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges is subject to the following conditions:


All goods need to be returned in unused and clean condition with their original packaging, all labels and garment tags. Any garments returned in an unsellable condition will not be processed. This does not affect your right to return faulty goods.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days upon receipt of the goods. The easiest way is to return the goods in accordance with the below instructions. If you are unable to return to us within 14 days, you need to at least notify us of your intention to return within 14 days.

At this point we are unable to accept online returns to any of our retail stores.

Returns outside of the 14 day period may be accepted at our discretion but will only be refunded as credit in the form of a promotion code that will only be redeemable online.

We will only refund the value of the goods returned, no shipping costs will be refunded unless previously agreed by a member of our Customer Services team via email. Refunds can only be issued to the card used to purchase the goods and will be refunded within 14 business days. We reserve the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our warehouse or office.

In the case of unwanted goods being returned; we will not refund any duties or taxes that were imposed when delivered to the recipient.

The cost of returning the product to us is the responsibility of the original purchaser or recipient of the order.
